You can begin assessing immediately using our out-of-the-box standard BCA and Accessibility templates. If you opt for our Template Customization services to digitize your proprietary workflows, setup times vary based on complexity but typically take a few weeks.
Is there a free plan?
Because our platform is a premium, specialized tool for professional assessors, we do not offer a free tier. However, you can request a personalized demo to see exactly how the software handles your specific reporting requirements before committing.
Can we integrate with our existing tools?
Yes! The platform is built to fit seamlessly into your existing reporting process. You can export all your field data, photos, and automated calculations directly into highly formatted Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
How secure is our data?

How do payments work?
Software licenses are billed on a recurring subscription basis, with options for monthly or annual payments based on your team size. Any bespoke Template Customization is billed separately as a one-time setup fee.
Where is your team based?
Our team is proudly based in Ontario, Canada. We understand the stringent demands of local standards like the OBC and AODA, while building software flexible enough to handle international frameworks like ASTM.
Do I need the desktop app to use Site Capture?
No. You can build a template from a three-tab Excel file and export on your own. The desktop app is for turning captured data into a finished report.
I already subscribe to Auditor. Do I pay again?
No. Enter your existing licence key in Settings → Your version and importing unlocks.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes — capture and export work entirely offline. Only Asset Match and Google Lens need a connection.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Site Capture is Android only.
